Recently, I came across a pin on Pinterest that said “8 Things You Must Do In The Morning To Supercharge Your Productivity”. Well, I hate when people give one-size-fits-all type of advice like this to others, so I clicked on the article to see what it was all about.

Each of the 8 things makes sense at one time or the other, but saying that they are a must for every morning before 9 a.m. and that without them you will not be productive is nonsense.

So, in this episode, I will go through these 8 things with you and I will just give you my honest opinion about each one. Why? Because I want to end this manipulation and help you find the way that will work for you.

  • [04:52] 1. Get Up early - It’s not about having more hours, it’s about how you use them

  • [16:10] 5. Meditate - It doesn’t need to be meditation, find your own way of staying present and mindful
  • [22:01] 6. Make Your Bed - There are other ways to set the right tone for the day 
  • [23:01] 7. Drink A Tall Glass Of Water - You need to stay hydrated, but always follow your body’s needs
  • [24:44] 8. Eat A Nutritious Breakfast - Breakfast is not a must, but being present and enjoying your food is important
